These rules and regulations apply only to LSCDF National Cattle Dog Association (LSCDFA) sanctioned trials and approved events.

All trial hosts must apply for sanctioning to the LSCDFA Secretary by submitting a completed Trial Approval Form, at least thirty (30) days prior to the trial date. 

If the Secretary deems it necessary, an Approval Trial Committee will review the request and either approve or disapprove. Errors or omissions by the trial host may be waived by the Trial Approval Committee and their decision will be final. 

All Trial information must be published prior to the trial in at least one Magazine, or a local association newsletter, or a flyer to members in that district. Upon request, the LSCDF may furnish address labels to the trial host for the LSCDFA district mailing. 

A $1.00 per dog sanction fee shall be charged for each dog entered in first and second classes of competition at all sanctioned trials.
